Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Click on the “Account” or “Sign Up” section on our website. Enter your name, email address, and a password to register. Follow the prompts to complete your account setup.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us immediately at contact@bixebalancebike.com with your order number and the updated address. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier’s website or log into your account to check your order status.

No, we do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateways, and your information is never saved without your permission.

Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local tax laws. You’ll see the applicable sales tax calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Most orders are shipped in one package. However, if items are from different warehouses or are large in size, they may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each package if that’s the case.

We’re sorry for the error! Please email contact@bixebalancebike.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
