30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your bike, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In new and unused condition
- In its original packaging
- With all parts and accessories included

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at:

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
